The Cosmic Feline

Lt. Commander Milea led the advance survey team to the mysterious and beautiful planet of the sparklies. Suddenly, she hears a shriek from her Exec, Chief Warrant Officer Ael Delenaria from beyond the glade. She sneaks around under the canopy of trees and sees her entire landing party surrounded by insectoid soldiers. Ael was a war veteran twice over, so Milea knew that for her to scream like that, there must have been something terrible going on, and she was right. The soldiers outnumbered the 5 person party by 3 to one.

Only one thing could save the landing party at this point: Milea's cat-like lightning reflexes and her crack marksmanship.

She pulled her service issue from it's holster, took a deep breath and charged in like greased lighting... and fired...
